My body is in so much pain

Its like my baby bump is crushing me. My hips and back cant take the weight of it. I hate this. How do you moms cope?

It’s really tough. My pelvis started to separate with my last baby. How many weeks are you?

@DarkSideoftheMoon Yes it sucks. I also had hypermesis gravidarum and that was extreme morning sickeness from 3 weeks to 37 weeks when I had him. Do you have a pregnancy pillow to sleep with. That helped me. The exercise ball might help too.

@iamonfire696 oh no. So sorry you went through that. I remember morning sickness was the WORST EVER and i was so happy when it was over. I hear stories of women having it throughout their pregnancy and i cant even imagine 😔 every pregnancy is different ❤️

I have a pregnancy pillow that helps a lot. Rolling over or positioning myself hurts, especially my round ligaments thats holding my belly. Those pull a lot and hurt when i turn over in bed. Sitting hurts my back and baby pushed up on my lungs so breathing is hard and standing gives me sciatica so im a miserable mess right now.

Ive been meaning to look into the ball! I need to get on that probably today.

Also the heating pad is a godsent rn

@DarkSideoftheMoon Do you have a support belt to wear? I found that helped me a lot. Also a pelvis floor physiotherapist could help you too but I don’t know if you have those where you are. The joys of pregnancy. Men don’t realize how hard it really is. I hope you get some relief 💖

@iamonfire696 i bought a band but it didnt do much but make me feel constricted but i think if i got a better quality one it would help maybe. I wish i could try them out first. I hate returning stuff. I feel like if i asked for that in the uk id have to pay private 😕

This heating pad is reqlly doing a good job in offering me relief temporarily so i may just have this thing going 24/7 😂

@DarkSideoftheMoon so they have this wrap after you have a c-section and i used it while i was pregnant and it helped with my baxk and hip pain
DarkSideoftheMoon · 36-40, F

@DarkSideoftheMoon pelvic floor therapy is private here in canada too. I am glad the heat gives you relief, that’s something at least. I know these last 6 weeks May feel like forever but it does end and you do forget how bad you felt. I lost half my blood during my first planned csection and almost needed a hysterectomy. Eventually I forgot how bad it was and had another baby and that one was no better 🤣. Completely worth it all once you are holding your little one. I am sending all the light and love to you that you find something that helps for the next 6 weeks 💖.
