I sprained my ankle a few years ago, if I twist it the original pain comes back for a while but soon goes. Keep yours wrapped up tight for a bit, I hope it gets better.

Take good care of it, ankle injuries recur.
Yeah I broke a finger last month, playing basketball.

@rockstar so taking care means less walks which isn't possible

Wear a compression anklet while walking. Even when you think it’s healed. Speaking from my own experience, and from a few friends who have had ankle issues. Ice it a few times for the first 3-4 days. @Donotfolowme
