What is the most painful thing you ever experienced?

I fell down some concrete stairs and broke a rib.

A motorcycle crash. Long story short I got thrown over the handlebars, then partially run over by the bike. This happened about 15 years ago and I haven't been on a motorcycle since.

@ExperienceDLT How did you manage that? Never wrecked a tricycle. Although I did wreck a pedal car by letting it coast down a steep hill.
