@MyNameIsHurl I've only had a very few dreams and usually his back is turned to me or I'm trying to call to him and I can't get his attention and it's not the same thing of course as having him here

I've been going to sleep alone, and still waking up without my wife for 10 years now. It seemed to get easier as time went on, and I sleep well now. The kids gave me a small pillow with her photo printed on it last Christmas. I have that on my bed and it helps me feel better. The time since she passed has seemed to have flown by, I still miss her, still wish she was here, but the sadness is still there, but easier to deal with. We never forget.
