“I want him back, Alex” 😞

I don’t know what she wants me to say to that. Of course I loved him and I miss him too. But without trying to sound cold: life goes on. We have to move on and just carry the positive memories we have of him. In the meantime, she’s welcome to stay with me and Desmond for as long as she needs to. I only wish I could ease her pain. 😔

Grief is very hard. It’s understandable that she might be struggling a bit more because this would be the first time since you two separated she’ll truly be on her own and maybe that’s really hard for her to come to terms with so she’s taking comfort in your genuine loving heart just remember to protect it beautiful. Please.
