Why did my therapist keep suggesting that i dont do anything towards my bully?

She said to just walk away and they will leave you alone.

I was bullied most of my life and I always took action against them sure these therapists can say walk away but it's easier said than done I have even got cyber bullied by grown adults and it hurt me but most of them websites have been taken down because simply of money situations I wish you the best.
