Were you bullied in school? Were you a bully to any kid back then? [I Hate Bullies]

I was bullied in school. I think it put me into a frame of mind where I don't want others to not feel included. I don't mock people for their mistakes but try to understand it.

I was the target of bullies from 1st grade thru 11th. Somehow I escaped being bullied that last year of HS fortunately...

It did mark me for life, and may be one of the sources of my CPTSD. One of my doctors said it was the reason I developed agoraphobia later in life. I didn't drive for 10 years (from age 36 to 46) and wouldn't venture outside the house without a 'safe' person to accompany me. I was so convinced that everywhere I went, there would be another attack.

The road to recovery has been long and hard.

I did a lot of the bullying in school

Yes at first at a new school. But I fought back (not the size of the dog in the fight, size of the fight in the dog) In jr hi school I kicked a kid down a 16 step flight of stairs & punched his buddy in the mouth so hard his braces cut up his gums (although I paid for it my knuckles were cut) because they were picking on a kid with autism. A teacher saw the whole thing, but didn't take up for me. I was suspended for 2 weeks for doing the right thing. Taught me there is no justice. There's more, but I'm not going there.

I was bullied most of my early school years. It stopped when I was older and fought back. It left me with an utter [b]hatred[/b] of bullies and over the years I’ve stood up for the victims of other bullies whenever I could.

I was a bully in school/college until the person I bullied stood up to me.

if they knew the truth i would be bullied for sure
