I Think Cyber Bullying Should Be Illegal

Looking back to the years I was in grade school, I can say, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that I'm quite grateful that Cyber bullying didn't even exist, even though in person bullying unfortunately did.

I'm pretty sure that everyone who was a either a grade school, high school, college or University student back in the 90's, 80's, 70's 60's or earlier would agree with me on this...

@Sidewinder I guess I am confused - are you talking about internet bullying or bullying in general - because thats the past. And bullying is nothing but assault and maybe assault and battery and we have laws for that as well as laws that provoke fighting.

Also at the time, students didn't carry cell phones with them, like they do today.

And many of them didn't own a home computer, let alone one that was hooked up to a modem and a telephone line.

@MarmeeMarch I might also add, too, that I was making a historical to the way things were, then, compared to the way they are, now...
