I Think Cyber Bullying Should Be Illegal

Looking back to the years I was in grade school, I can say, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that I'm quite grateful that Cyber bullying didn't even exist, even though in person bullying unfortunately did.

I'm pretty sure that everyone who was a either a grade school, high school, college or University student back in the 90's, 80's, 70's 60's or earlier would agree with me on this...
