I Had An Anxiety Attack

I had my first anxiety attack in ages last night. I had tunnel vision and almost felt like I was gonna pass out. Once I composed myself, I turned to my mate who was holding his head and said he just got a massive migraine. I wonder if someone was messing with us telepathically 😱

Lol that's harsh man 😂, you guys will see next year I hear the Hayne train is coming back. Laurie Daly is an awful coach his comments leading up to that game were crap.
Glad you are feeling better now, it's a really shit disorder and has the tendency to creep up on you when you least expect it.
