I Had An Anxiety Attack

I had my first anxiety attack in ages last night. I had tunnel vision and almost felt like I was gonna pass out. Once I composed myself, I turned to my mate who was holding his head and said he just got a massive migraine. I wonder if someone was messing with us telepathically 😱
