My anxiety is playing up again

The last few days I've just had this feeling like something is wrong and I can't stop it it's scaring me and every little thing is freaking me out. Every little noise. the silence. The loud idk my meds ain't working and I can't get any others ATM. I'm trying to just ignore it and distract myself but I feel like doing so I'm pushing people away I care about.
