She is struggling today

So our daughter does not handle charges well. Today there has been so many.

First Joel stayed home because he's sick. She's very worried about him

Second our youngest is sick and stayed home. She's worried about him.

Third Star became ill while she was out with Sissy and our oldest. They had to come home early. So now her schedule was changed and she's worried about Star.

She getting very anxious and I can see the struggle.

And of course with 3 people feelings ill, our evening will change too. So she's having trouble processing all the changes and she's very worried.

I went ahead and give her an anxiety pill. She's relaxing in the sensory room, she has her book, her music and her weighted blanket.

I'm going to do my best to keep the night as normal as possible. I'll cook dinner, we'll watch the royals game, we'll have the fireplace on.

Last thing I need is for her to become overwhelmed and have a panic attack. I can't let that happen.

I'm barely keeping it together myself. I'm stressed, worried, and very anxious but I'm the only one running this sinking ship right now.
