Anxiety is high today

Wow it's been a while since I've felt like this. I already took half a anxiety pill and I'm really thinking about taking the other half to calm myself down

Didn't help that I had to do a demonstration screen share on our zoom meeting today. Never done that before and it really made me nervous.
