dealing with an anxiety disorder

i have a severe anxiety disorder, specifically the fear of leaving my apartment...crowds, busy places, traffic, people all make me anxious...i've been dealing with this for a long time now..i like and prefer my own company indoors, i don't like going out.

any thoughts?
