Anyone NOT get anxiety around new people or social settings?

What is your secret? I feel less than others , especially in dating. I feel having PTSD makes me small , as I'm anxious with new people.
Any tips if you are someone confident with most settings?

You're going to think I'm crazy, but if you want to get a handle on your anxiety, just breathe. You hear people say it all the time, but it works. I have used it personally and had to suggest it to someone in a crisis situation once. I highly suggest you look into "box breathing" on the internet. It'll make a world of difference for you.
