Anyone NOT get anxiety around new people or social settings?

What is your secret? I feel less than others , especially in dating. I feel having PTSD makes me small , as I'm anxious with new people.
Any tips if you are someone confident with most settings?

I am sure you are not small. All you need to do is be comfortable and happy in yourself. Don't worry, remember they probably feel the same way.
