Anyone NOT get anxiety around new people or social settings?

What is your secret? I feel less than others , especially in dating. I feel having PTSD makes me small , as I'm anxious with new people.
Any tips if you are someone confident with most settings?

I don't. I'm very extroverted and like to meet new people and be around large groups. I've been like that my whole life.
