@MsSwan i think what i mean is i just feel a deep sense of dread and insecurity, like ' what if this happens, what if that happens..' i do have severe anxiety as well, so its likely that adding to it..
Switch to the the local news and stop watching the national news. Better yet, turn off the TV and go outside for a walk. Your blood pressure will go down.
