Just I know I’m going to have some anxiety

Is there anything I could do to help any advice

Deao breathing.
Try breathing from your diaphragm until you're lungs are filled for 3 seconds, hold it for 1 second then slowly exhale for 5 seconds. Just focus on your breathing.
