Anyone who cares online?

My anxiety is spiking up... I need someone plz. If only to help me focus on breathing. Ive been trying to do that but to no avail.

One simple technique is,
Exhaling longer then inhaling. Like if you inhale to count of 3-4, try to exhale for count of 6-8.
There is another technique called Box breathing.
