A breathing exercise helps me with my anxiety. I sit down while sitting up straight with both feet flat on the ground, then inhale deeply through my nose and slowly exhale through my mouth. Repeat three times or as many times as I need to settle myself down. I hope that helps.

Allegedly exercise does help with that, maybe yoga.
