anxious who my new neighbour will be

[c=BF0080][i]i live in a low rise apartment block, i live on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building...and recently my neighbour below me on the 2nd floor has moved out, he was a disabled man in a wheelchair....but now i'm anxious who my new neighbour will be? the disabled man was a quiet peaceful neighbour tenant, the ideal neighbour....and with my nervous disposition the last thing i need now is for them to move a troublesome tenant in or antisocial neighbour.....but its something i have no control over because i live in social housing...


i'm a quiet person myself and are a good neighbour, so are the rest of the neighbours in this apartment block...so the last thing we need is an unruly loud anitisocial neighbour.......i can't move myself as ive lived here 19 years now and are settled, and there's no where i can go.....my elderly parents live an hour away but there's no chance of living near them.[/i][/c]
