Do you think it's important to address your concerns? Or it's better to ignore them

In my personal experience if I don't address them I feel anxious and bad, once I address them even if they outcome is bad I can find closure. And continue with my life.

If its someone I feel I can address with and get a straight answer, I will.
Otherwise, I have to reconcile with it on my own and move on.

@SW-User I still try it... 🙉Otherwise feels like I'm not being true to myself. But you're right with some people it's imposible

@SW-User I understand what you mean and I used to be the same way before. But so many people either won't give you the truth or don't know the truth, even of their own words or actions, lol. At least that is what I have come to realise.
SW-User
@SW-User yes, like they don't have awareness or something
SW-User
@SW-User Yep, lol. You're not getting any kind of closure there, but you might get gaslighted and wound in their trail of confusions.
For me, I have realised that moving on is coming from me, within, and has nothing to do with the other party - and I can choose to learn from the experience and move on.

@SW-User yes but exactly from the gaslight and the confusion of their behavior is that I end up having my answers to continue with my life... 💚 Even if it's tough it helps me to understand.

@SW-User It has for me too, in the past. I just prefer to skip that step now, for my own sake.
