Anxiety attack....

I'm sshaking intensely, sweating, I am both hot and cold at the same time, My heart beats fast, my breathing sped up, a lot of self hatred and thinking about how other people probably think I’m stupid or that theres something wrong with me, I feel like I’m not in control, and I feel the urge to vomit. Lots of crying. I hate it.

I haven't had one in a while.
