I'm frustrated with myself

It really bug's me because I know what a bubbly friendly person I can be it's like there's this confident person inside desperate to break free but I really struggle in work and in social situations and because of this I really struggle to make friends I don't know what to do

It can happen to even the best of us.

I'm the kind of guy who's been known to make friends with relative ease and yet, even my own sense of confidence can fluctuate at times, although in my case, a lapse in confidence can come from other things, not always limited to establishing friendships.
