I bet people get nervous around me when even if I have my mask on, I begin coughing some.

All customer service staff must wear a mask.
Some even wear face shields.

Not nervous, just angry. And I would just request him politely to wear one. Would offer him a mask if I have a spare one.

Even if they aren't coughing or if they do wear a mask but keep it under their nose.
