Don’t look now, but I think it’s creeping back. Every time I start to get a little bit brave, and maybe more like my old self again, the anxiety monster pipes up, saying, “Hey! Where do you think you’re going?”
you can't outrun it, but you can stand up to it. If you don't feel strong enough, lean on a friend, or a group of people you trust, and together, you can bring the monster to it's knees, and YOU back up on your own two feet again. Never be shy about asking for a hand, or many.
Min doesn't creep back but seems to raise it's ugly head at the most inconvenient times. It seems when I need to be my strongest anxiety looks me in the face and says, "WTF do you think your going to do?".
