when anxiety strikes , take note of what you are saying to yourself in your head , and change that message, anxiety is programmed from events in your life and retained in your subconscious, take a deep breath , inhale through your nose deeply feel it deeply and exhale , do that several times and tell yourself that everything is ok, replace the negative self talk with reassurances that you are ok, its all fine, nothing bad is going to happen, be present to the moment, let go of the past, be grateful for whats left and have faith in the future, - its a process, good luck , ive suffered with anxiety and i know how tough it is - i wish you the best
@CereBellum I was originally suffering from insomnia. After some discussions, it was determined that anxiety was the major culprit as I was having mild panic attacks (after a rather major one). It allowed me to get some sleep...although my personal habits keep me awake far later than I should. Anyhow, I felt it took away too much of my edge so I've halved my dose and feel at a good balance.
I think everyone has anxiety from time to time, I know I do. Very very few people can stroll through life without a care in the world. Glad its getting better 🤗
