I Have Anxiety
With a good income and able to pay my bills I have found I am in a safety bubble. It’s hard to push my self to do other things with this.

Sounds like you want to push yourself to new things in your life, but are scared of what that means in your life? It'll be up to you, with your anxiety, but pushing towards those things may help with your anxiety.
