I Have Anxiety

With a good income and able to pay my bills I have found I am in a safety bubble. It’s hard to push my self to do other things with this.

I hope you do coax yourself into push yourself out of the safety bubble solely to make it larger. Give yourself options for when you need or want a change. And yes, it is very difficult. Anxiety has a fun way of shrinking your world.
