I Have Anxiety

I have all forms of anxiety. Social, generalized, and chronic.

Right now my fiance is cleaning out our spare room, and the noise is actually giving me high stress. It sucks being Highly Sensitive. :( If you dont have anxiety, count yourself lucky and don't ever assume that you understand what anxiety is like. It's awful.

The gold is deep mind silence.
That's why daily meditation, helps calm the mind. Also you will become more attuned to listen to your underlying thoughts, those thoughts you have about you and the world around you.

We are triggered each day, we react or not. That saying "are you upset for the reason that you think you are? " or its a similar reminder to an alder hurt not yet healed. Reminder of old hurt, will be a trigger.

Who and whom have you not forgiven?
1. Yourself
2. Parents
3. Friends, co-workers
4. Schools and other situations

Each day is new, yet we relive the past over and over. If you are upset, then it's only from within that you can heal.
