I Have Anxiety

I have all forms of anxiety. Social, generalized, and chronic.

Right now my fiance is cleaning out our spare room, and the noise is actually giving me high stress. It sucks being Highly Sensitive. :( If you dont have anxiety, count yourself lucky and don't ever assume that you understand what anxiety is like. It's awful.

@DearAmbellina2113 I isolated myself from everyone besides my cat, and things are much better. Sometimes I wish I didn't have a cat, but other than that, no anxiety problems at home.

@dumpstermeow nah, I just isolate myself in my room most of the time. Cant go to a homeless shelter when I have a pet rabbit and a big dog that is labeled "aggressive" because of her breed.
