I Have Anxiety

Not feeling panicky but am anxious in a hyper stand point. Using an old school fidget spinner to work through it. It's call a rock. Just rub, spin and flip the rock between your fingers and if someone wont leave you be long enough to sort it out, then you have a projectile handy.
