I Have Anxiety

It feels so bad.. Like my heart is beating so fast constantly and I find it difficult to breathe.. I just want it to go away

go out and do something to take your mind off of it. Go see friends or talk and laugh with people. I used to have this problem until I started getting out more. It really helped me
