I hate anxiety drives me nuts I also hate having a panic attack my husband can't calm me down. I avoid going on trips or travel if I have one he makes it worse makes me feel trapped
There are breathing exercises you can do. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) helps a lot of people. And there are supplements which can help a lot. There's one that's helped me:
@Browneyes30 You're welcome. I'm dealing with the same thing these days. Meditation helps a lot. Even if it doesn't tackle ALL of the anxiety, it can take the edge off of it.
