I Have Anxiety
I have pretty bad anxiety but it's much better than it used to be.
I only jump and step away when people touch me unexpectedly (instead of freaking out and half running away from whoever it is). And I can talk to people now.
I still get super freaked out about things, though. Like people judging me and me getting embarrassed.. it gets bad to the point where I'll cancel all my plans because i get so freaked out.
I've found that ashwagandha really helps me though.. and counseling and journalling.
