I Am Having An Anxiety Attack

I just feel like breaking down and crying I’m overwhelmed i want to walk out on my job i don’t want to do It anymore. I’m tired of changing 15 people by myself and getting them all in bed the nurses don’t help either .. and you barely get a break and if i take a break I’m wrong .. i just want to leave

Also, if you're on the verge of an anxiety attack, take a slow deep breath in, then slowly exhale, holding your hand on your heart. Do that until you start feeling the build up of internal pressure subside.
