I Am Having An Anxiety Attack

I just feel like breaking down and crying I’m overwhelmed i want to walk out on my job i don’t want to do It anymore. I’m tired of changing 15 people by myself and getting them all in bed the nurses don’t help either .. and you barely get a break and if i take a break I’m wrong .. i just want to leave

You’re doing one of the hardest jobs there is. I hope you find something else you like if that’s what you decide to do, but until then, know this:

You are doing something hard, you are doing something for your fellow man, and you should be proud.

I imagine it’s hard to to keep caring. I think any person would get desensitize to it.

But still, I think anyone who can what you do is a strong and amazing person.

I’m sorry you are having a hard time. Not everyone can do what you do for those people every day, and even if you feel the employers don’t appreciate you enough, I’m sure the people you are caring for appreciate you a bunch.

That being said, your health is top priority for you, so if it is too hard on you look around for something else.

I want you to know the work you are doing is very admirable! In my book it is part of what makes you an overall cool-ass person :-)
Perhaps you need to find a job doing the same thing somewhere else :-)

Also, if you're on the verge of an anxiety attack, take a slow deep breath in, then slowly exhale, holding your hand on your heart. Do that until you start feeling the build up of internal pressure subside.

why dont they have more staff?? what are they doing with the fortune they are charging? they can have a staffer for each person there as they charge 400 a day for each person in there. 😺

My niece does the same thing, and what's worse, there have been two losses (deaths) within the last two days.
I honestly don't see how you can continue. But I'm glad someone is there to do the job. Someone has to care, just maybe not you, and it's okay. 🤗💕
