i had a panic attack in my sleep earlier :(

@CountScrofula i am somewhat okay but shoken up by it my heart started to race in my sleep i had a lot of things going on

@luna1994 My wife gets panic attacks a lot. No fun. Glad you're feeling at least a little better.

@CountScrofula yeah its not fun i haven't had a panic attack since freshman year of college during a horrible break up
