I Get Anxious Easily

Can't tell if it's PMS or I am actually anxious over something I should take seriously. Normally am anxious, I guess anyone with their right mind would be anxious if you had to live nearby to the person who abused you at one point. Probably the reason I didn't sleep good last night, BUT I'M WORKING ON IT!!!😅😁
