Is it hard for you to talk to new people ?

No not so much, I just mostly prefer not to.
Unless it's at the mtb trailhead. There are some diverse interesting people. It's short and sweet, and gone.... 😄

Not particularly. I'm not really that shy, just mostly disinterested and/or focused on something else. I don't care at all for small talk, so I avoid it whenever I can. Though it's not hard to come up with questions to get to know someone. It's just not really practical to waste time on people that likely aren't interested in or compatible with me.

I like to think I am friendly, but often do not like to initiate contact as I do not want to feel like I am intruding on someones space

With anonymity, this site allows for safe convos minus inhibitions. I think we can safely talk about anything unless it could cause harm

Sometimes it's easier to talk to a stranger than with someone you've known for quite a while. But then, the topics are different.

No. I'm very sociable its more about my trust levels. Studying law made me a more vague talker and deeply analytic.

When I was younger, it was hard to talk to new people, but I made myself do it. Now it's easy.

People I work with, but only about work. Strangers even the beautiful looking ladies I am afraid to say Hi too but if we witness something then I'll just share some sarcastic thought of what we just saw.
