@Leyolaoftolin I don’t tolerate heat well. I’d probably end up with a bad heat rash and heat stroke.

@SweetMae The problem in the United States is that the elderly are scared to leave their windows open in most areas due to fear of home invasions. Then the house doesn’t get fresh air, and they get dehydrated and sweat out their electrolytes. They are told by doctors to cut down on salt and many aren’t getting enough to handle the heat. They can die from a heat stroke. There are box fan giveaways for those who don’t have or can’t afford to run air conditioning here in Oklahoma. But when it’s blazing hot a house will absorb the daytime heat all night long. I lived in a small poorly insulated house in the countries in the 1970’s and it was like that. Would get up to get another glass of ice water at about 1 or 2 in the morning and the walls would be hot.

@Adrift Maybe it’s cooled down then. It was up in the 90’s and it’s really humid there all the time.

@cherokeepatti Yeah I heard that the humidity and the wind chill in the winter is not something I think I could handle.

@Adrift Oklahomans that move to Colorado say that the cold in Colorado is not so bad like it can get in Oklahoma. It’s probably the wind that blows from a certain area in Colorado that makes it feel so cold here.
