To anyone who has felt they are non-existent

Or have no Self.... This horrible feeling and condition often rooted in chronic or severe trauma, but my main concern is, how do you heal it?????
Anyone have success finding who you feel you truly are, or feel they've healed the black hole inside that you are almost non-existent as a person??

You feel it, you breathe and process it differently, you learn to control the nervous system.

For me situations would trigger me,,I’ve had to learn slowly, instead of losing control, you sit with it and find peace instead of allowing it to take over you and your thoughts.

You are not the trauma, that’s a memory, it’s in the past, once you understand that, what other people did to you, it isn’t who you are, that was their issue not yours, you don’t need to carry that weight.

Remove it, unpack the bags of pain and get rid of it, you don’t need to carry that around anymore.

Takes time but you can heal and find peace. 🥰✨
