What do I do? I’m not cutting it but I need help

Okay so I let depression get in the way and have just been tying my hair up in a messy bun for the past week and now I am getting a headache because I need to wash it but it’s so tangled and it hurts trying to brush it out

Section it out and spray each section with detangler/conditioner. Start at the bottom while holding the strand you’re working on at the base of your scalp so it doesn’t pull so hard. Do you have someone who can help?

Sometimes if i spritz my daughters hair with water, its easier to brush out

This brush is really good for getting out tangles,
I use it all the time, and now I never use any other brush, lol
