You begin to self doubt everything you do or say. Anyone ever heal from severe self doubt from a narcissist?

Yes I have. A tactic of narcissists. They’ll promise things and then turn around and say they didn’t. Over and over. That’s just one example. Made me doubt my memory at first but then I started taking note.
