You begin to self doubt everything you do or say. Anyone ever heal from severe self doubt from a narcissist?

@Coralmist before the terms were coined "Gaslighting, Narcissist" I have had a few girlfriends that did this, and a parent that would do this once and while.

The self doubt, and questioning of what's real, soon became apparent to be lies.
