Do you ever feel your soul or Self is just disappearing?

Like every part of you has been to give to others, listen to others, please others, serve others, fit in with others...that it takes a toll mentally after DECADES of this. You can't even identify WHO you are . Or what you do really want. Sometimes I feel I'm not a human being, but a scrap of a person. Almost non existent.
Has anyone felt something like that?
