Ok Now Who Else Thinks,

How we have lots of things going on, but we feel more busy everyday. Things take longer to finish, and there's not much time left to unwind.
So what should we do differently? I guess I was kind of feeling like I want a mental break.

Walk in the park with coffee and a book
Running
Going to the gym

Those are some destressers that I use.
I've been getting into bed hella early just to have a few hours to louge and purposefully relax. Been helping a good bit since I started.

I take regular mental rest periods.
I go out in the woods, hug a few tree’s.
Just remember, the biological benefits of a person to person hug takes about 6 seconds to happen.
When you hug a tree it takes about 22 seconds for the tree to help you and you it.
It’s a frequency thing. :’P

Ok sounds good, I try to exercise first then write it down, maybe talk to someone too.
