Ok Now Who Else Thinks,

How we have lots of things going on, but we feel more busy everyday. Things take longer to finish, and there's not much time left to unwind.
So what should we do differently? I guess I was kind of feeling like I want a mental break.

I take regular mental rest periods.
I go out in the woods, hug a few tree’s.
Just remember, the biological benefits of a person to person hug takes about 25 seconds to happen.
When you hug a tree it takes about 45 seconds for the tree to help you and you it.
It’s a frequency thing. :’P
